A MITO Expert Certification has taken place in Hannover-Hemmingen from 08.03 – 09.03.2023. 50 management, QM, creativity and CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) methods for a holistic problem-solving cycle “Analysis – Diagnosis – Therapy – Evaluation” together with multiple application examples were introduced to a total of 7 Veinland employees coming from different departments and branches. All participants have passed the certification examination at the end of the two-day-training and are now MITO® experts within the company.
Examples of MITO Method applications were demonstrated using MITO reference checklists to perform various analyses, including those in terms of sustainability, materiality, effectiveness, corruption risks, resilience, supply chain, crisis situations as well as CSR pre-qualification.
