VEINLAND is now awarded the “Employer of the Future” (“Arbeitgeber der Zukunft” in German) seal!
The main assessment criteria for this award set by the German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitization (DIND) include clear digitalization vision and strategies, pursuit of sustainability goals and attractive working conditions – taking various factors into account, namely modern leadership, flat hierarchies and personal development opportunities. This holistic evaluation matrix was developed by experts from business and academic experts.
The award will be officially presented by Brigitte Zypries, the former Minister for Economic Affairs and Energy on the 14th March 2023 in Hamburg.
