Summer season is soon coming to an end. Illuminated signs for indoor and outdoor advertising are becoming increasingly important between autumn and winter, during which temperatures gradually decrease and the days tends to get dark much earlier.

Today, we embark on a new and exciting journey together.
We are pleased to inform you that VEINLAND GmbH has completed its acquisition of FARD lighting GmbH. With effect from 1 September 2023, Mr. Gerald Rynkowski is appointed as the new Managing Director and the business location at Genshagen remains unchanged. To ensure a seamless transition phase for you, the management has decided to retain all employees and staffs.

Mr. Stephan Leschik, the outgoing MD will stay with us in advisory role while Mr. Lehmann remains as your primary contact for all technical and sales-related inquiries. We strongly believe that this acquisition will be a positive move in multiple ways for all our business partners, employees, clients and suppliers. VEINLAND chose FARD because our management system and technical know-how align well with VEINLAND’s overall strategy.

We strongly believe that this acquisition creates greater benefits for all stakeholders and our customers by leveraging our combined strengths and opens up various new exciting opportunities, especially in terms of lighting technology and illuminated signs for buildings, shops, trade show booth design and construction.

The acquisition of FARD lighting GmbH indicates an important milestone in the expansion of VEINLAND. This is an important first step as VEINLAND looks to drive significant synergy across numerous key growth areas, including hardware development, components for digital and control systems for high-tech projects.

FARD lighting GmbH will continue to operate under the brand name “VEINLAND” and provide outstanding products, service and support to new and existing customers for years to come.
We will be introducing our latest TETRA LED module series for illuminated advertising by Current GE-lighting in our upcoming newsletter.
