The entire VEINLAND team from all branches (Prenzlau, Blankenfelde-Mahlow and Genshagen) attended the new year’s address delivered by the Managing Director, Dipl.-Ing. Gerald Rynkowski at its headquarters in Neuseddin, Germany.
As the new year approaches, we reflected on the past year – looking back at top moments, reflecting on the achievements and challenges in 2023. It has been a successful year despite all the challenges we encountered.
All employees were divided into groups and were given the tasks to set new goals and make new plans for 2024. Furthermore, each group identified possible challenges that the company may face this year, performed a SWOT analysis and came up with different strategies to address all potential challenges. Key focus areas for 2024 include environmental issues, tackling climate changes as well as “Value Creation Through Appreciation” and increasing job security within the region.
The new year’s address ended with a lunch buffet – an excellent way for all co-workers to engage in exciting conversations, sharing ideas and laughter.
We will continue to strive to provide our customers and partners with the best products and services.
Are we ready for 2024? Yes, we are!
