Having skilled employees available is not always a given these days – having as many as we showed in our last post at VEINLAND is not the norm.

“Kommen wir mit Innovation, Digitalisierung und KI vor die Welle des Fachkräftemangels – oder laufen wir ihr hinterher?” (Can we get ahead of the skilled labor shortage with innovation, digitalization, and AI – or are we falling behind?) – moderated by Angela Elis.
Our Director shared his experiences and how he deals with the challenges – but for him, it was also interesting to hear the different perspectives on the current situation and the various approaches to possible solutions.
We believe it was a well-organized event, and we’re proud to have been part of the East German Entrepreneurs’ Day.
