For VEINLAND, acting responsibly means conserving resources while creating good working conditions for our international Team. That is why we are constantly working to make our processes more efficient and sustainable.
At our headquarters in Seddin, a solar power system has been generating an increasing share of our electricity for nine years. In 2024, its output was even doubled. It is supplemented by heat pump technology and modernized building insulation. In production as well, we prioritize the efficient use of materials. To this end, we use, among other things, modern CNC milling and laser cutting technology, custom packaging, and digital instructions accessible via QR codes.
With an apprenticeship rate of around 20 percent, a wide range of continuing education opportunities, and the awarding of six “Germany Scholarships,” we are also making targeted investments in the skilled workers of tomorrow.
