This session was pivotal in helping us understand and prepare for the increasing reporting requirements as a company in the EU. The experts provided a detailed overview of the current state of the CBAM regulation, focusing on its technical and practical aspects. Topics such as the CBAM transitional registry, reporting obligations, and the specificities of various CBAM sectors were thoroughly covered. The implementation of the CBAM regulation presents significant challenges, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
