1NMEAto8 – NMEA Expander 8-Channel
The 1NMEAto8 is used for the distribution of data from a serial source (NMEA or RS232) to max. 8 NMEA receivers. When using NMEA as a serial source, the RS232 interface is used for the monitoring of the data streams. The NMEA input is galvanically isolated from the power supply and the RS232 interface.
In case of voltage failure or malfunction of the module, the NMEA input is automatically switched to the first output to ensure a safe function.
