Developing our own products based on customer requirements and certifications is a special challenge – one that demands strong technical expertise. That’s why we – the team at Veinland GmbH – regularly take part in vocational and career fairs.
Our goal is not only to raise awareness of our company within our region, but also to attract new apprentices, students, and skilled professionals – and to spark their enthusiasm for our passion: maritime technology.
Just in the last few weeks, we participated in several events – most notably the LevelUP training fair in Bad Belzig, where our Director Gerald Rynkowski and former dual student Kay Lindner represented VEINLAND.
We are also present at company fairs hosted by regional universities and universities of applied sciences to connect early on with future engineers and IT specialists.
This week, for example, we were represented by Carsten Buschina and Josephine ne Wiesner at the “Firmenkontaktmesse” organized by Technische Hochschule Brandenburg.
