2025 was a year of continued development and coming together. With the integration of FARD Lighting GmbH, new technological solutions, and a strong international presence, we have taken important steps toward the future.
Integration of FARD Lighting
Effective January 1, 2025, FARD Lighting GmbH officially became part of the VEINLAND Group. Since then, the teams in Genshagen and Neuseddin have been working together across locations on joint projects in electronics, sensor technology, and LED technology. The modernization of the Genshagen site – with ESD flooring, digitized production, and expanded infrastructure – has already had tangible effects on day-to-day operations.
Technological Advancements
With the LDS 6.0, we introduced a new product in the field of intelligent lighting control. At the same time, we have continuously enhanced our existing systems – including data converters, monitoring components, and network-based solutions such as the LAN24CH switch for industrial and maritime applications.
International Presence
Our presence at trade shows such as the Energy Innovations and Products Showcase (Shanghai), the European Sign Expo (Berlin), and the Elmia Subcontractor (Sweden) has intensified dialogue with international partners and customers. Such platforms significantly reinforce our development prospects in the long term.
Developing Talent in Brandenburg
We are deliberately investing in the training and long-term retention of new talent in the region. The combination of high-tech development and regional roots continues to be a central success factor of our corporate culture.
Focus 2025: Cyber Security & GNSS Resilience
In 2025, we placed particular focus on advancing two technological fields:
Cyber Security for Maritime Networks
Our 460 Network Solutions enable the implementation of secure, segmented onboard networks – compliant with IEC 60945 and IEC 61162-460. They fulfill the technical requirements of modern cyber security architectures with features such as switching, gateway transitions, and monitoring.

GNSS Anti-Spoofing & Jamming Detection
With our anti-spoofing system SAJO-Light, we assist shipping companies and system integrators in detecting and assessing GNSS interference. The focus is on early visibility of manipulations and ensuring reliable navigation data.
