6NMEAto6-E Multiplexer- one of the most popular VEINLAND NMEA Multiplexers receives updates regularly to make sure that the device fulfills customer demand in the maritime sector. The type-approved NMEA-Multiplexer can hence be installed on all DNV-classified vessels.

The R&D and Product Management team aims to replace the predecessor model 8NMEAto8-E with this device. A point worth mentioning as well, VEINLAND has successfully renewed the DNV Type-Approval Certificate on 10.12.2021 for the entire series of NMEA multiplexers (8NMEAto8-E, 6NMEAto6-E, 5NMEAto1-E and 6NMEAto-E), clearly indicating that all these devices are compliant with the following IEC standards:
- IEC 61162-1/-2 for serial interfaces
- IEC 61162-450 for the Ethernet interface
- IEC 60945 environmental and EMC standard
