Throughout 2025–2026, the company continued to invest extensively in employee training and professional development through programs co-financed and supported by the European Union and the State of Brandenburg. These initiatives were designed to ensure that our workforce remains well equipped to meet the increasing demands of international business.
The training programs included, among others, specialist courses on the implementation of a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) management system, compact project coaching, integrative German language courses for our international employees, and Business English courses to strengthen professional communication and collaboration in global markets. In addition, employees received advanced technical training to further enhance their professional expertise.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to a company’s responsibility to operate in a socially, environmentally, and economically sustainable manner. Employees were trained in the successful implementation of CSR principles within the company. Increasingly, the existence of a structured CSR system has become a prerequisite for potential business partnerships and contractual agreements with our international customers and partners.
During 2026–2027, the company intends to further expand and intensify its training activities. Planned measures include leadership development programs and introductory training in Embedded Linux, enabling our employees to continue meeting international market requirements at the highest professional level and to support the company’s long-term competitiveness.
